I spent my working life on both sides of the line that most never cross.
On one side is heavy construction. Surveying, site management, capital projects, a world where one wrong number costs a month, and a missed deadline is pure wealth. There I learned how the job is really done when the plan collides with the field.
On the other side is software. Since 2019 I have been building a multitenant platform that today runs six live companies from start to finish. It's not a demo and not a presentation. Six companies whose people log into the system every morning: items and phases, construction logs, offers and invoices, a call center with proper telephony, email campaigns, document signing, public websites and an AI assistant that reads all of it and flags what's important before anyone asks.
I didn't build it to sell. I built it because I needed it, and no one was selling what makes my job work. Every module exists because some real company without it was losing real money.
That's the short version. The long version is that such a system isn't written by a team in one sprint. It took years of daily polishing, testing in real use, and solving problems on the fly for everything to work flawlessly and stably today.
What I'm selling now aren't hours. It's a machine and the mind that built it.
