At registration: name, phone number (your username) and email. When bidding: the amount, your message to the host and the time of the bid. For hosts additionally: details of the registered business for verification purposes (name, tax number, registration number, representative). We do not collect or store copies of identity documents.
To run the auctions (identity of the bidder), to connect the winner and the host (contact details are shared only once bidding closes, and only between those two), and to notify you of the outcome.
Publicly visible are: profiles of verified hosts, slot titles and descriptions, bid amounts and the initials of bidders. A bidder's full name, email and phone are seen only by the host of that slot.
No one outside the platform, except: the host (contact details of the winner of their slot) and state authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data.
For as long as the account exists. You may request deletion of your account through the contact form; data on completed auctions is kept to the extent needed for records and disputes.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act. Send your request through the contact form.
